Parnon Poèma conifer & flower honey is produced by forest trees on Mount Parnon (fir tree, pine tree), as well as of orange and conifer flowers growing in Lakonia. Bees are collecting the nectar from the flowers and honeydew from the forest conifer trees and creating an amazing mix of superb honey. It is a fully natural product, without colourants and preservatives.

It has a dark colour, exquisite aroma and wonderful fine taste. It is an aromatic honey recognised as a product of high nutritional value as it contains calcium, magnesium, zinc and copper, and, even iron.

Crystallization is a natural phenomenon of pure honey. In order to liquidate the honey again, overheat it with maximum honey temperature not to exceed 45oC. Keep in a cool shaded place.
