It is an almond-shaped olive, with a colour ranging from deep purple to black, crunchy texture, fleshy pulp and superb taste. Its rich taste is attributed to the fermentation process applied in brine made of natural ingredients (sea salt and water) and the packaging for the preservation of the olives, combining a specific amount of brine, wine vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.
Store at a temperature below 30°C. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 20 days. Pasteurized product.
