Parnon Poèma graviera is produced by 100% goat’s milk from goats grazing on the slopes of Mount Parnon. Graviera is a type of Greek yellow hard cheese. Its Greek version is made of goat’s and sheep’s milk, while the Swiss one of cow’s milk. Graviera is the second richest source of calcium. Products made of goat’s milk are rich in nutrients, vitamins and minerals, contain less lactose, are easier to digest and boost the human metabolism.
