Mini pies with Graviera filling & bergamot marmalade

Ingredients

  • 300 g Parnon Poèma 100% goat's milk Graviera cheese
  • 100 g anthotyro cheese
  • 100 g manouri cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 g pepper
  • 5 g nutmeg
  • 1 large egg
  • Olive oil for frying
  • Bergamot marmalade

Instructions

  1. Grate all the cheeses into a bowl.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients to the mixture and mix well.
  3. Take the ready-made village-style phyllo dough for pies and cut it into long strips.
  4. Using a teaspoon, take some of the filling and place it at the edge of the dough, then roll it.
  5. Fry the mini pies and serve them with bergamot marmalade on top.

Notes

Optionally, sprinkle the mini pies with a bit of black sesame seeds. You can also try them with your favorite marmalade or honey. Feel free to use your preferred type of Parnon Poèma goat's milk Graviera for this recipe.
